Meet Dr. Sanford Coe
Dr. Sanford Coe has spent more than two decades helping San Antonio move, work, and live with less pain. A 2002 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic—the founding institution of the profession—in Davenport, Iowa—he built Culebra Chiropractic around a straightforward belief: care should treat the whole person, not just the symptom, and it should never rely on medication to do it.
That holistic philosophy shows up in how a visit actually feels. Dr. Coe takes the time to understand what's going on before he adjusts anything—your history, your daily routine, the specific way your body is guarding or aching—and he explains what he's doing and why. Adjustments are gentle and tailored to your comfort, whether you're recovering from a car accident, managing years of back or neck tension, or fighting recurring headaches.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Coe keeps things grounded: he spends his time on his farm with his dog—the same steady, unhurried patience his patients tend to notice in the treatment room.
Whether it's your first adjustment or your two-hundredth, Dr. Coe's goal is the one he's held since day one: helping the people of San Antonio feel better and stay that way.
